These services include an initial 90-minute consultation to discuss individual concerns, goals, and resources. Clients can then access 60-minute follow-up sessions to delve deeper into their experiences and develop coping mechanisms to improve their quality of life and manage stress. Clients are entitled to several free counselling sessions, ensuring they receive the support needed without financial burden.

Support for BRCA Carriers: BRCA carriers at InspireHealth benefit from specialized support that includes one-on-one counselling, nutritional advice, stress reduction techniques, and tailored peer support through the BRCA in BC Virtual Support Group.
